The Nel Ear Cuff is a bold, textured slide-on piece made from recycled sterling silver. Designed by our founder Penelope and crafted in Hatton Garden, London, it’s perfect for wearing alone or stacked with other cuffs and earrings.

How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Moma Hilo sterling silver jewellery looking its best, follow these care tips:
- Keep your sterling silver jewellery in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or humidity.
- Wipe it gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt or oils. You can use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, but avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives that may damage the surface.
- Remove your jewellery when using cleaning products, swimming in chlorinated water, or applying lotions and perfumes.
- The natural oils from your skin can help keep the silver shiny.
- If tarnishing occurs, you can clean the jewellery with a silver cleaner or a homemade mixture of baking soda and water. Always rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
How long til I get my item?
Each piece of Moma Hilo is made-to-order (unless labelled ready-to-ship), it typically takes between 4-6 weeks for production, followed by 3-5 days for delivery. Please check the product pages for a more accurate time dependant on style, as some timelines are quicker than this.
As everything is crafted with care, we appreciate your patience. We believe good things take time and we hope you'll agree that it's worth the wait.
You'll receive updates on your order’s progress, and we will notify you when it’s ready to ship.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns in line with your statutory rights. However, as each piece is made-to-order with care and intention, we kindly ask that you check sizing and order details carefully before purchasing, to help us minimise waste.

We then take our pieces to our favourite caster Just Castings in Hatton Garden, where the wax is transformed into the final piece using recycled sterling silver.
