Shipping Policy

As each piece of Moma Hilo is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping (see individual product pages for specific production times, this can be up to 4-6 weeks). We currently only ship to the UK.

Returns Policy

We accept returns in line with your statutory rights. However, as each piece is made-to-order with care and intention, we kindly ask that you check sizing and order details carefully before purchasing, to help us minimise waste.

If you're unsure, we offer studio appointments in London where you can see the pieces in person and try them on before ordering. We're always happy to help if you have any questions - just get in touch.

At Moma Hilo we create responsible womenswear that is Designed To Be Treasured. Our brand has been built from a desire to reconnect us to the clothing we wear. In a world of overproduction and fleeting trends, Moma Hilo stands for slow fashion: valuing the hands that make our clothes, the materials we use, and the stories woven into them. Moma Hilo pieces are made entirely from deadstock fabrics and produced locally in London by female run, small-scale manufacturers. Each piece is made-to-order, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
