Shipping & Delivery
All Moma Hilo pieces are made in London and shipped directly from our studio.UK
Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Made-to-order pieces are crafted once your order is placed and delivered within 4–6 weeks.
International
We ship internationally using DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Charges are collected by the courier prior to delivery and are not included in your order total.

Returns
Each Moma Hilo piece is designed to be worn and treasured for years to come. As a small, made-to-order brand, returns are handled with care and intention.
UK Returns
We accept returns on ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces within 14 days of delivery, unless the item has been made to your specific measurements.Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email studio@momahilo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-Measure Pieces
Pieces made to your exact measurements are non-refundable, as they have been created specifically for you.
If you have any questions before placing your order, we're always happy to help ensure the right fit. You can also come to our studio in Walthamstow for an in person fitting. Email studio@momahilo.com to arrange.
International Orders
Due to the complexity of international shipping and customs, we do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the UK.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at studio@momahilo.com, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
